Call for “Rights for Grandparents” Law
There have been a number of news reports in recent days commenting on MP’s calling for the Government to ‘enshrine in law’ the right for grandparents to see their grandchildren after a divorce. The issue was debated in Parliament last week and the Ministry of Justice has said it would consider the proposal.
