I wanted to take this opportunity to pass on my gratitude to you for getting me through this. From our first meeting, I felt confident and assured to be in your safe hands and that never changed during the last 18 months. Whilst it is a great relief to have this finished I can reflect on some of the low points and I will remain forever grateful to you for helping me keep my dignity and integrity intact. Dealing with some of the correspondence, filled with defamation, insinuation and delusion was very hard and at times, I really wanted to fire back! However, it was your counsel and advice that helped me rise above it all and for that, I will be eternally grateful.
